Job Description:

A dynamic secondary school in Wandsworth is seeking a passionate and skilled Music Teacher to join its thriving Music department. This is a full-time, permanent position offering the chance to inspire students and contribute to a vibrant school community with a strong tradition in the performing arts. We Are Looking For:
  • A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent).
  • Experience teaching Music at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (KS5 experience is desirable but not required).
  • Proficiency in at least one musical instrument and/or voice.
  • An inspiring educator with a love for music.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in and organize extra-curricular music activities (choirs, bands, orchestras, etc.).
  • Prepare students for performances and organize rehearsals.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
  • Follow safeguarding policies and procedures.
