We are seeking a highly qualified and passionate Music Teacher to join a well-regarded secondary school in Manchester. This full-time, permanent position starts immediately and offers an exciting opportunity to inspire young musicians and cultivate a lifelong love of music.

Position Summary

The successful candidate will deliver engaging music education to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, fostering musical talent, developing theoretical knowledge and practical skills, and promoting appreciation for diverse musical genres and traditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver innovative lessons aligned with the national curriculum and the school's musical vision.
  • Create an inclusive environment encouraging participation, creativity, and individual expression.
  • Assess student progress through various assessments, providing constructive feedback.
  • Direct and rehearse school ensembles, choirs, and bands for performances and competitions.

Qualifications and Experience:
