The school has a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional and inspiring Teacher of Music to join their talented Creative and Performing Arts Team.

CONTRACT DETAILS
Location – Southampton, Hampshire.
Position – Teacher of Music
Contract or position start date – September 4th, 2023
Duration / Likely Duration – Permanent
Minimum rate of pay – Paid to scale
Hours – 8:30 am – 3:00 pm, plus parents’ evenings and department meetings.
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
QTS or equivalent (or a related Music degree)
Minimum 1 year teaching experience in the UK
Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued in the last year
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child-related references that cover the last 2 years
