Are you passionate about inspiring creativity, performance, and musical expression in young people? An Ofsted Good secondary school in North Somerset is seeking an enthusiastic and talented Music Teacher to join their team from September 2025.

This role is ideal for a Music Teacher who thrives on nurturing musical ability-whether it's through performance, composition, or music technology-and who can create an engaging, inclusive classroom environment.

  • Music Teacher - (KS3 / KS4 / KS5)
  • 140 - 225 per day, depending on experience and assignment length
  • September 2025
  • North Somerset

About the Role:

  • Teach all year groups, from year 7 through to year 13
  • Deliver engaging lessons that cover performance, composition, and music appreciation
  • Prepare students for practical and written assessments
  • Encourage students to explore a range of musical styles, instruments, and technologies
  • Contribute to the school's wider music life, including concerts, clubs, and enrichment activities

What You'll Bring:

  • UK QTS/QTLS or equivalent with a specialism in Music or a related field
  • Experience teaching music at secondary level
  • Strong practical musicianship and the ability to lead ensembles or performances
  • A creative, inclusive teaching approach that encourages student participation
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
