Access Education Group in Plymouth, Devon, is seeking a Music Production Course Leader to manage and deliver a broad music production programme. You will lead teaching staff, keep content current with industry standards, and ensure excellent student outcomes in a dynamic educational environment.

The role requires a degree in music production or related field, hands-on production experience with Ableton Live, Logic Pro, or Pro Tools, and a track record of curriculum leadership within FE/HE.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Music Production, Music Technology, or related field.
• Proven music production experience with industry-standard software.
• Experience in teaching or course leadership at FE/HE level.
• Strong curriculum development and QA understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and deliver engaging music production courses that meet curriculum standards and industry requirements.
• Manage and support teaching staff to ensure high-quality instruction and student engagement.
• Design and update course content, incorporating the latest technology, software, and production techniques.
• Monitor student progress and provide academic guidance and support to enhance learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with industry partners to provide students with real-world experience and networking opportunities.
• Organise events, workshops, and guest lectures to enrich the student learning experience.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to marketing and recruitment activities to attract new students.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on course performance and student achievement.
