Location: Nashville (Remote flex opportunity available after initial training)

Join our passionate team at FBMM! We are seeking a Client Specialist to help us manage various aspects of music business operations. Our company values long-term careers, with 75% of staff having over five years of experience, and 30% over ten years, fostering a mentorship-rich environment with clear advancement paths.

Responsibilities Include:
  1. Accounts Payable/Receivable review and approval
  2. Credit Card/Road Cash reconciliations and journal entries
  3. Tour Merchandise and Royalty trackers
  4. Basic Tax Preparation and other accounting tasks specific to the music industry
  5. Special projects and data entry/filing to document software
Ideal Candidate:
  • Has a passion for working with numbers and the music industry
  • Can work independently and efficiently

  • Possesses strong problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills
