We're looking for a talented musician who can deliver exciting live assemblies to children and confidently engage school leaders and teachers in conversations that lead to long-term partnerships. You'll be the face of iRock in schools—entertaining pupils, building trust with educators, and driving our mission forward through sales success. Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-energy live music assemblies that inspire and excite primary school pupils
• Present to headteachers and teachers, showcasing the value of iRock's Rock and Pop band lessons
• Build lasting relationships with schools, identifying needs and converting interest into partnerships
• Manage your own sales pipeline, tracking results and reporting progress in our CRM system
• Work closely with our office-based sales team to deliver regional and national growth targets
• Maintain accurate diary, travel plans, and communication records
• Visit our head office in Farnborough, Hampshire, when required
• Support other teams with occasional lesson delivery or agreed ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

• A strong musician who can sing and confidently play 2 out of the following instruments: keyboard, guitar, or drums
• Confident performer with the ability to engage large groups of children and adults
• Sales-driven mindset with experience in business development, sales, or target-focused roles
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Highly organised with strong diary and administration management
• Energetic, proactive, and motivated to achieve and exceed sales goals
• Passionate about music, education, and making a difference to children's lives
• Full, clean UK driving licence

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: £27,000 per annum + commission (OTE £31,500) + company car and fuel card
• Full-time, permanent role working during school hours (Monday-Friday)
