Music Accounts Partner Designate

Are you an Accounts Senior Manager currently working with musicians and performers? Are you looking for a role that guarantees partnership and the opportunity to run your own department?

The firm is seeking a Senior Manager to join their team, with the potential to progress to Partner within the next 2 years. This role offers the opportunity to lead and develop your own department and team, build strong client relationships, and nurture both existing and future staff members.

Music Accounts Partner Designate responsibilities include:

  1. Working directly with high-profile artists through a team of supervisors, seniors, and trainees
  2. Identifying and onboarding new clients
  3. Handling complex touring, statutory, and management accounts
  4. Managing confidential client relationships
  5. Collaborating closely with the current Partner in the Music and Entertainment department
  6. Contributing to the development and progression of your team, yourself, and the firm

Candidate requirements for Music Accounts Partner Designate:

  1. Extensive experience managing a portfolio of clients within the music sector
  2. Experience managing a team
  3. ACCA or ACA qualified
