Mushens Entertainment is looking for a Literary Agent to join its dynamic and friendly team.

Mushens Entertainment is a boutique literary agency based in Shoreditch. We represent a range of bestselling commercial fiction and non-fiction across the genres. Our client list includes more than a dozen Sunday Times bestsellers and our authors are published in more than 40 languages around the world. We are looking for an experienced and ambitious fiction (or a blend of fiction and non-fiction) Literary Agent to join our dynamic - and friendly! - team.

The right candidate will have at least five years’ experience as an Associate Agent or Literary Agent. They will have an established list of clients, extensive publishing contacts, a healthy bottom line, good knowledge of contracts and finances, and a can-do attitude where client care is placed at the heart of their dealings. We are an ambitious agency with a global reach and our authors are published all over the world - we’re looking for someone with the same ambition for author success and will offer the support to help them achieve it.
