About the Role

AtCrown Fine Art, we specialise in the safe handling, transportation, and installation of priceless artworks. As a part of the team, you’ll be part of a team that works behind the scenes to ensure every masterpiece is treated with the respect and precision it deserves.

Reporting to the Head of Department, this dynamic role places you at the heart of our UK Fine Art operations, where you'll play a key part in delivering exceptional service to our clients while promoting the Crown Fine Art brand.

This role requires an understanding of UK export licensing and CITES regulations, as well as customs formalities and VAT compliance. Experience in art handling, packing, and de-installation is highly beneficial, along with a background in working with museums, galleries, and private lenders.

What You’ll Do

  • Your coordination will span UK, European, and international transport logistics, ensuring the safe and compliant movement of fine art pieces.
  • Act as liaison between museums, galleries, lenders, and logistics partners.
  • Plan and oversee logistics for exhibitions, loans, and acquisitions.
  • Ensure compliance with export, customs, CITES, and VAT regulations.
  • Liaise with internal teams, external suppliers, and museum contacts to ensure smooth operations.

  • Experience in logistics, project coordination, or museum operations.
  • Familiarity with UK and international customs procedures, export licensing, and CITES Permits (beneficial)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
