Job Overview

We are seeking dynamic individuals to lead our Community Therapy services in Surrey Downs. The role requires excellent organizational skills, a passion for holistic patient-centered care, and a proactive approach to developing innovative practices. Support will be provided by the Clinical Lead and experienced Band 7 Physiotherapists. Responsibilities include training and supervising junior staff and contributing to service development.

Main Duties
  • Assess and manage a caseload of clients in their homes or community settings, including comprehensive geriatric assessments.
  • Plan, deliver, and evaluate treatment for clients with complex needs, supporting less experienced team members.
  • Participate in developing high-quality, innovative services within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Promote teamwork and delegate activities appropriately.
  • Liaise with other health and social care professionals.
  • Supervise and teach Band 5 Physiotherapists, Rehabilitation Assistants, and students.
  • Contribute to audits, implement best practices, and participate in training programs.
