Job summary

Delta Capita in London is seeking an experienced Murex Business Analyst to support a Treasury transformation programme. The role requires deep Murex MX.3 expertise and the ability to work across front-, middle-, and back-office processes with Treasury, Technology and Change teams.

The candidate will gather requirements, challenge existing processes, define target solutions, and support ongoing evolution of the Treasury platform, including testing, UAT, and implementation activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a Treasury environment.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Murex MX.3.
• Experience supporting Treasury transformation or change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience writing business requirements, process flows and functional specifications.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and challenge requirements where appropriate.
• Strong understanding of Treasury processes, controls and operating models.
• Experience supporting testing, UAT and implementation activities.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME and liaison between Treasury users and Technology teams.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements and functional specifications.
• Challenge requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Support front-to-back Treasury workflows across trading, risk, operations and reporting.
• Facilitate workshops, requirements sessions and solution discussions.
• Coordinate UAT activities, defect management and issue resolution.
• Work with Treasury, Risk, Finance, Operations and vendors to support delivery.
