Job Description

We are looking for techno-functional Business Analysts specializing in Murex front office or back office functions to join our Capital Markets Practice. As a Murex consultant, you will lead engagement efforts from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development, and deployment. You will be pivotal in problem identification, solution discovery, and guiding project teams on processes and deliverables. As a domain thought leader, you will advise on architecture and design reviews, and support business pursuits, client training, and capability building. This role offers the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that help clients meet evolving global needs.

Skills/Expertise/Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a techno-functional role
• Hands-on experience with Murex 3.1
• Strong knowledge of capital markets, especially Debt, FX Asset classes
• Troubleshooting skills in Murex for technical issues and support SLAs
• Understanding of product implementation, systems integration, and data migration
• Expertise in requirement analysis, SDLC, change management, and product management
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Unix/Shell scripting, XML technologies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in high-pressure trading environments

Back Office Experience

• Expertise in BO functions and MXML/Post Trade workflows
• Experience in setting up accounting rules, BO configuration, GOM setup, and interface development

Front Office Experience

• Expertise in FO functions
• Experience in FO configuration, GOM setup, pre-trade rules, etc.

Responsibilities
