Workshop Recruitment is seeking a reliable Handyperson to work across high-end residential apartments in Walton-on-Thames, KT12. The role requires your own van and tools and offers 4 weeks of work at £25 per hour with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Previous Handyperson or multi-trade experience required.
• Own van and tools essential.
• Live within reasonable travel distance of Walton-On-Thames.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive and planned maintenance tasks.
• Complete painting and decorating repairs.
• Undertake basic carpentry and joinery work.
• Perform minor plumbing repairs and maintenance.
• Repair doors, locks, handles and fittings.
• Complete patch repairs and general building upkeep.
• Install and repair fixtures and fittings.
• Carry out basic tiling and silicone work.
