Job summary

Adler and Allan is seeking a Multiskilled Technician in Airdrie, Scotland, for permanent, full-time work delivering essential services—from tanker driving and high-pressure jetting to environmental clean-ups and industrial groundworks. Training is provided, with a focus on safety, quality, and professionalism in a busy field operation.

You will operate specialist equipment, support civil engineering and industrial projects, and join a call-out rota with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental services or related fields.
• Willingness to travel and stay away when needed.
• Knowledge of RAMS and health & safety practices (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Operate jetting and clean-up equipment.
• Operate Company vehicles, including HGV, or other equipment as qualified.
• Tackle spills, fly tips and environmental hazards.
• Support civil engineering and industrial service projects.
• Carry out vehicle checks, maintenance and reporting.
• Liaise with customers and ensure job documentation is completed.
• Be part of a call-out rota for emergency works (with overtime available!).
