Job summary

Concept Resources in Stafford, United Kingdom, is recruiting a Multiskilled Technician for a 3‑month temporary contract with the potential to go permanent. The role offers 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a pay rate of £14.42 per hour PAYE plus overtime at 1.5x.

Candidates will perform routine maintenance, diagnose faults and support plant equipment upgrades. Qualified engineers with electrical or mechanical qualifications, and previous maintenance or industrial experience, are

Qualifications

• Qualified engineer with either an electrical or mechanical qualification.
• Previous experience working within a maintenance, manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent understanding of health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plant and equipment.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Assist with the installation, modification and upgrade of plant equipment.
• Accurately document maintenance activities and report any issues promptly.
• Follow all health, safety and site procedures at all times.
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to maximise operational efficiency.
• Support both planned and reactive maintenance activities as required.
• Qualified engineer with either an electrical or mechanical qualification.
