FMG RS in Southampton is looking for a Multiskilled Technician to join our busy workshop. You will perform repairs across MET, Panel and Paint disciplines, delivering work from start to finish with precision and pride.

As a Multiskilled Technician, you’ll be capable of carrying out repairs of vehicles across all disciplines - MET, Panel, and Paint disciplines - completing work from start to finish. You’ll take pride in delivering high-quality results, ensuring vehicles are restored to their pre-accident condition with precision and care.

About You

We’re seeking an experienced Multiskilled Technician who:

Has proven ability across MET, Panel, and Paint disciplines

Can work independently, completing full repairs to a high standard

Delivers excellent workmanship with strong attention to detail

Thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused workshop environment
