Job summary

FMG RS is seeking a Multiskilled Technician for our busy workshop in Chatham. You will be part of a skilled team handling panel, paint, and MET work with a UK/EU driving licence required.

The role includes joining night shift patterns and benefiting from an excellent bonus scheme along with strong company benefits.

Qualifications

• Qualified / time served in all bodyshop repair disciplines.
• Panel Beater / Paint Spray & MET experience preferred.
• Experience with Thatcham methods and insurance bodyshops is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support our team of skilled technicians in all bodyshop disciplines.
• Work across Panel, Paint and MET to maintain workshop throughput.
• Be prepared for night shift patterns as the site expands.

As a Multiskilled Technician, you should bequalified / time served in all bodyshop repair disciplines; Panel Beater / Paint Spray & MET to support our team of skilled technicians. Experience of Thatcham Methods and insurance bodyshop techniques preferable. Due to the nature of the job you will require a full UK/EU driving licence too.

Lakeside FMGRS is one of our flagship sites, notable for our large scale and extensive team of technicians across Panel, Paint, and MET. With a strong workforce already in place, the site is well-positioned to support the introduction of the new night shift patterns.
