The Role
In this specialist role, you’ll carry out a broad range of repairs across paint, panel, and MET disciplines, working on prestige and performance vehicles. You’ll be part of a team that consistently delivers to the highest manufacturer and BSI PAS 10125 standards.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out full paint processes including prep, masking, colour matching, spraying, and finishing
Undertake minor MET and panel work, including stripping/refitting and light repairs
Accurately assess damage and plan high-quality repairs
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain an efficient workshop flow
Work safely and maintain a clean, professional workspace at all times
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience across paint, panel, and MET in a prestige or high-end repair setting
Strong craftsmanship and exceptional attention to detail
Confidence working on a range of modern and luxury vehicles, including EVs and hybrids
A proactive team player who can also work independently
ATA/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (training and re-accreditation support available)
