Job Description

We are looking for a FUN, PASSIONATE & WELCOMING Team member who wants to join a FANTASTIC TEAM at a VIBRANT hotel! What will you be doing? Attend to all guest queries in a prompt, professional manner ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. We are on the search for someone who is able to multitask as this position includes Reception and Food & Beverage departments.

Qualifications

  1. Have the passion for customer service and hospitality
  2. Have great communication and customer relationship skills
  3. Loves working as part of a passionate team
  4. Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  5. 2+ years in customer-facing role
  6. Flexibility in working hours including occasional night shifts, weekends, and bank holidays
