Fire & Security Multiskilled Service Engineer

The role
Responsible for maintenance and emergency callouts for fire and security systems, including IP CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, and fire systems. Ensure quality delivery across planned and reactive works, uphold SLAs and compliance standards, focus on first-time fixes, and maintain excellent customer communication.
Attend planned maintenance and reactive visits using SECOM’s digital platform to manage workflows, upload documentation, plan routes with NSB, order parts, access client portals, and update service teams. Conduct vehicle and ladder checks, manage van stock, and support the mobilization of new contracts.
The ideal candidate
Has a background in fire and security systems, experience with Pyronix intruder, access control, IP CCTV, conventional and addressable fire alarm systems, and compliance. A full UK driving license is essential. Must be customer-focused, adaptable, and proficient with digital tools and reporting systems.
