Job summary

Princes in Erith is seeking a Production multi skilled operator to assist Production Management and Team Leader in daily tasks on the line, including Labeller, Casepacker and Re-palletiser.

You will work to meet daily KPIs, follow 5S and AM practices, maintain machine performance, support engineers, and ensure food safety and quality compliance.

A collaborative, hands-on role with opportunities for continuous improvement and development within a busy edible oils operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Awareness of food hygiene requirements.
• Ability to work in a team.
• High level of attention to detail, quick and accurate work.
• Mechanical minded with fault-finding ability.
• Plans daily activities to meet production targets.
• Supports continuous improvement and 5s practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production quality and quantity meet internal standards.
• Carry out hourly checks and maintain production records.
• Assist with machine changeovers, capping, labelling, packing and palletisation.
• Work with the team to achieve KPI targets and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to 5s, AM, Asset care and fault diagnosis.
• Follow health, safety and environmental regulations.
