Job summary

Autoneum is headquartered in Winterthur, Switzerland, and operates globally. The Hortonwood 30, Telford site requires a multi-skilled maintenance technician with electrical bias to maintain plant machinery, electrical systems, and robotic equipment.

The role covers a 40-hour week on a rotating 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm pattern, with potential overtime and occasional night shifts. Experience with Siemens PLC and ABB robotics in a high-volume automotive manufacturing setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualification/ apprenticeship completed.
• Experience with Siemens PLC systems and ABB robotics.
• Background in high-volume manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair plant machinery and equipment, including site services.
• Implement total preventative maintenance program and manage breakdowns.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance at all times.
• Coordinate information across shifts and departments; support night rotations if needed.
