Job summary

Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join the Estates Team at the Prestwich site, covering reactive, planned and emergency maintenance across Manchester, Bolton, Cumbria, Salford and Trafford.

You will plan daily tasks using an iPad/iPhone, coordinate contractors, and support location managers to deliver an efficient, compliant maintenance service that meets safety and legislative standards.

Qualifications

• Maintenance assistant to provide reactive, planned and emergency maintenance.
• Work across Prestwich site and locations within Manchester, Bolton, Cumbria, Salford and Trafford.
• Coordinate and monitor contractors for maintenance, cleaning and waste management.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily tasks across the Trust’s estate.
