Job Description:

A student accommodation provider is seeking a Multiskilled Maintenance Operative to support with general repair works during a short-term temporary period (2/3 weeks) while students are away over summer.

Rates:

(NO CIS)

Tasks include repairs to fixtures and fittings, toilet flushes, taps, lightbulbs, oven switches, sockets, radiator valves, door handles, cupboard doors, etc.

Work schedule: approx. 7 hours per day for 12 days, from 8:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday.

No specific qualifications are required, but relevant experience is necessary. Qualifications are a bonus.
