Job summary

Escape in Scotland is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to support high-volume production and facilities. You will perform mechanical, electrical and basic automation maintenance to keep plant operations safe, reliable and efficient, with responsibility for fault finding, planned and reactive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Time-served apprenticeship in an engineering discipline.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or process environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure.
• Confident communicator and team player.

Responsibilities

• Fault finding on equipment across the factory, including conveyors, process machinery, pumps and fans.
• Maintain efficient running of motors, drives, panels and instrumentation.
• Planned and reactive maintenance across production and utilities.
• Supporting continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
• Accurate CMMS reporting and safe working practices.
