Job summary

A leading airline catering provider in Hounslow is looking for a fully skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our high-performance engineering team. In a fast-paced food production facility, you will provide technical support across manufacturing lines, ensuring equipment reliability through effective maintenance and diagnostics. Qualifications

• Proven experience in a food, beverage, or FMCG manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work on a continental shift pattern including nights and weekends.
• Time-served Engineer or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on equipment.
• Diagnose and rectify faults safely and timely.
• Support line optimisation and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records through CMMS.

Mechanical systems knowledge

Electrical fault finding

PLC-controlled equipment

Diagnostic and fault-finding skills

Communication skills

Knowledge of DAF plant operations

Education

HNC/HND/NVQ Level 3 in Engineering
