Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)

A prestigious and well-established manufacturing organisation in Walthamstow are looking to hire a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer (electrical bias) on a permanent basis.Shift: 4 on, 4 off. 12-hour shifts. Alternating days and nights.Benefits: 25 shifts holiday, company pension scheme (<10% matched) and life assurance.Key responsibilities: * Reactive and planned maintenance on a variety of production equipment (conveyors, PLCs, automated machinery, packaging equipment, etc). * Electrical and mechanical work to ensure minimal downtown for high-speed production. * Supporting the Engineering function in the delivery of projects and site requirements. * Aiding in the delivery of continuous improvement strategies and in supporting projects to improve equipment efficiencies.To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must either be apprentice-served or hold a Level 3 qualification (or higher) in electrical engineering (or a closely related discipline) and have experience in a similar position within a manufacturing/production environment
