Magellan Aerospace, Llay Wrexham is seeking a Maintenance Engineer/Electrician (Multi Skilled) for a full-time permanent role in a unionised site. The position offers a 42-hour week across a 24/7 shift pattern, a competitive salary, and based at Llay, Wrexham (LL12 0PB).

Responsibilities include first-line maintenance support, fault finding on electrical and mechanical systems, and commissioning of new equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance of machine tools.
• Fault finding in electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line maintenance support for machine tools and equipment.
• Fault find using electrical and mechanical diagnostics.
• Install and maintain 3-phase power supplies; commission new equipment.
• Change spindles, drives and auxiliary equipment on machine tools.
• Perform reactive and planned preventative maintenance per PPM and NADCAP.
