We need a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to perform reactive, predictive, and planned maintenance, ensuring operational efficiency of our plant and equipment.

What You Will Be Doing

Our maintenance team is vital to depot operations. Your role involves mechanical and electrical activities to maintain plant efficiency. Experience in heavy industrial environments is preferred.

Some Other Duties You Would Take On

• Implement Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues
• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance
• Conduct risk analysis, develop SOPs, and improvement plans
• Maintain critical spares
• Troubleshoot and share learnings
• Coordinate with contractors ensuring safety and compliance
• Keep documentation updated in CMMS
• Assist with remedial work per PPM schedules

About You

• Recognized Mechanical or Electrical apprenticeship (Level 3 minimum)
• Multi-skilled experience, ideally 70/30 mechanical to electrical
• Basic hydraulics, pneumatics, power transmission, welding, fabrication knowledge
• Strong understanding of maintenance and operational practices
• Ability to work independently and in a team
