Overview

Our client is a privately owned storage company with sites across the Midlands, South West England and South Wales. It is looking to hire a multi-skilled Maintenance Electrician to carry out ongoing minor repairs to 16 sites. You will be based close to the Newport HQ.

This is a mobile role, you must be happy travelling and being on the road.

Responsibilities

• Carry out ongoing minor repairs to 16 sites.
• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance within the commercial / industrial built environment.
• Be responsible for electrical, plumbing, cladding, basic carpentry and other related building services.

Qualifications

• Ideally qualified electrically to City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• IPAF is desirable; client can arrange relevant training.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
