Une entreprise manufacturière dynamique située à Keighley est à la recherche d'un ingénieur de maintenance multiskilled. Le candidat retenu sera chargé de la maintenance préventive et prédictive dans un environnement de fabrication à forte pression, avec des tâches variées principalement mécaniques, et sera responsable de l'ensemble de l'entretien du bâtiment. Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer

Location: Keighley

Salary: Up to £19.78 p/hr depending on experience.

Shifts: Following induction, 4 on & 4 off, rotating days and nights (7am-7pm days, 7pm-7am nights).

We are working with a manufacturing company based in Keighley that values its employees and offers a supportive work environment.

The successful candidate will be:

  • Time-served to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent)
  • HNC (or higher) in Engineering (advantageous)
  • Experience in high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environments (plastic packaging experience advantageous)
  • Proven skills in preventative and predictive maintenance, problem solving, and continuous improvement

Requirements / Skills:

  • Ability to diagnose faults under production pressure
  • Approximately 70% mechanical and 30% electrical work
  • Familiarity with PC equipment
  • Knowledge of TPM principles including 5S; experience with computerised maintenance management systems is a plus
  • Responsible for maintenance of the entire building
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Additional Details:

  • Salary: £19.78 (£43,199.52) once standards are met; may start lower depending on experience
  • Paid weekly; monthly options available
  • Shift pattern: 4 on - 4 off, rotating days and nights, 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am
  • Overtime at 1.25x rate; flexibility required for holiday cover
  • Holidays: 24 days plus bank holidays, pro-rata based on start date
  • Benefits: After 3 months, Royal London Pension; after 6 months, optional health plan and life assurance
