• Time Served Apprenticeship Multiskilled (Electrical and Mechanical).
• Knowledge of Siemens S7 PLC and devices is advantageous.
• Understanding of Hydraulic & Pneumatic circuits is advantageous.

The Role

This position is working for a leading manufacturer in the Ellesmere Port area, where you will be focusing on the maintenance of the robotic, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment. Ideally the successful candidate will have a strong electrical appreciation, with knowledge of Siemens S7 PLCs. The client are happy for candidates to come from any industry / sector.

Main Responsibilities

• Reactive maintenance to resolve breakdowns.
• Performing planned maintenance tasks.
• Support the production teams during production runs.
• Systematic problem solving for repetitive issues/faults.
• CIP apply continuous improvement process.

The Candidate

• Time Served Apprenticeship Multiskilled (Electrical and Mechanical) Minimum Qualification ONC/HNC
• Knowledge of Siemens S7 PLC and devices advantageous
• Fanuc Robot, Programming & set-up advantageous
• Understanding of Hydraulic & Pneumatic circuits advantageous
• Sound interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A high level of self-motivation and tenacity.
