Job summary

Pioneer-Selection-Ltd in Glasgow is seeking a Machine Technician to join a busy production environment where you will be hands-on from day one, setting and adjusting machinery, performing first-line fault finding and supporting engineers with breakdowns and PPMs. The role operates on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (days only) with a salary of £31,700 per year.

Experience in machine maintenance within manufacturing, willingness to work days and nights, and a strong focus on health and safety are

Qualifications

• Experience in machine maintenance or machine minding within a manufacturing environment.
• Background in any manufacturing setting.
• Willingness to work both days and nights on a rotating shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Setting and adjusting machinery and carrying out first-line fault finding.
• Supporting engineers with breakdowns and PPMs.
• Working in a busy production environment to keep lines running smoothly.
