Job summary

ClwydAlyn is seeking an Entry Level Carpenter to join their maintenance team in North Wales. This role includes performing kitchen and bathroom upgrades, emergency repairs, and home refurbishments. The ideal candidate will have NVQ/City & Guilds in Carpentry, be skilled in joinery, and be ready to work as part of a dedicated team, ensuring quality and safety in all tasks.

Base pay range

ClwydAlyn - Property Maintenance Team

Location: Field-based, North Wales

Salary: £34584 per year

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4.30pm

Benefits: Work van provided, DBS check paid for, NVQ/City & Guilds in Carpentry required

Join our ClwydAlyn maintenance team to deliver high-quality repairs and improvement works to homes across North Wales - including kitchen and bathroom upgrades, routine and emergency repairs, and empty property refurbishments.

You’ll work as part of a supportive team, sharing your expertise and mentoring less experienced colleagues. Your contribution will help provide safe, comfortable, and dignified homes for our residents.

We’re looking for someone confident in joinery who’s also happy to carry out tasks like tiling, plastering, and kitchen installations. The work is varied and rewarding, and you’ll be part of a positive culture where quality, safety, and respect come first.
