RETAIND Ltd in Kempston, Bedfordshire, is hiring a Forklift Truck / Van Driver / Warehouse Operative. The role is permanent, full-time, with a £28,000 per annum salary. The position combines driving, forklift operation and general warehouse duties within an established industrial materials business.

Full training will be provided on the company’s products, machinery and processes. A full UK driving licence and a Counterbalance forklift licence are essential, with on-going training offered as

• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
• Counterbalance Forklift Licence is essential; expired licences can be refreshed later.
• Previous warehouse experience is useful but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Drive a company van to make customer deliveries (flatbed Transit-style).
• Share delivery duties with team members on rotation.
• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck.
• Load and unload vehicles.
• Move and organise industrial materials and stock.
• Manual handling and prepare customer orders.
• Operate machinery to cut materials to required lengths and specs.
• Record delivery details and stock information on computer.
• Keep warehouse and work areas clean, safe and organized.
• Support other team members with general operational duties.
