Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar building/environment.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work within a team.
• Use of computer systems to maintain electronic work schedules.
• Full clean driving license is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work orders within area of responsibility.
• Conduct repairs and minor works on various assets.
• Support mechanical & electrical teams when required.
• Carry out building fabric maintenance to various parts.
• Ensure safety systems are adhered to for all work activities.

Relevant building maintenance / FM experience in a multi-skilled role

Excellent customer service skills

Strong communication skills (oral and written)

Ability to work under pressure

Flexibility in work scheduling
