You will perform both planned preventative and reactive maintenance, and collaborate with clients and technical staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain operational efficiency.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Multiskilled Engineer with a Mechanical or HVAC bias to join our team and provide high-level building maintenance support for our clients. As part of a dedicated team of technical support staff, you will ensure that services meet contractual obligations while complying with relevant regulations and legislation. Your role will focus on maintaining and optimizing Mechanical and HVAC systems, carrying out both Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
MOD security clearance and DBS Standard required. To meet security vetting requirements, you will normally need to have been in the UK for at least 3 years to gain a Counter Terrorist Check, 5 years for Security Clearance and 10 years for Developed Vetting prior to the date of application. All Developed Vetted posts are required to be UK . Proof of right to work in UK essential.
