Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and perform breakdown repairs on equipment safely and efficiently.
• Record findings and communicate issues to enable improvements and solutions.
• Implement preventative maintenance and document results for audits.
• Collaborate with Operations to resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime.
• Support HACCP and food safety practices in all maintenance tasks.
• Contribute to risk assessments and ensure PPE and safety procedures are followed.
