Multi-skilled Engineer - £22.98 per hour (£48,097.14 annually)

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, days and nights

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain manufacturing machinery, including metal detectors, flow wrappers, and PLC systems.
• Apply electrical and mechanical engineering skills, supported by NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
• Ensure food safety, health, and safety standards are met.
• Utilize CMMS systems for maintenance management.
• Work proactively, either independently or as part of a team, to deliver lasting solutions.

Qualifications:

• Recognized apprenticeship or qualification in electrical and mechanical engineering.
• Manufacturing experience, ideally in food or FMCG sectors.
• Strong communication and logical thinking skills.
• High standards of work and problem-solving abilities.

Note: Candidates from a food background are preferred but applications from qualified individuals in any FMCG manufacturing background are welcome.
