Job summary

A higher education provider is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to maintain the GBS estates, ensuring proper functioning of facilities throughout the UK. Candidates should have relevant qualifications, including the 18th Edition and City & Guilds certifications, along with experience in building maintenance. Qualifications

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification is required.
• City & Guilds Level 2 and/or Level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent NVQ.
• Experience in building maintenance including M&E systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, install, and refurbish fabric and equipment across the GBS estates.
• Monitor the condition of GBS buildings and undertake repairs.
• Assist in planning refurbishment projects.
