This role involves ensuring the reliable operation of estate services and delivering high-quality maintenance across the facility. Candidates should possess relevant qualifications in electrical and mechanical engineering, good English communication skills, and a strong awareness of health and safety. Qualifications
Flexible to work outside standard office hours when necessary.
Experience in domestic and low temperature hot water systems (LTHW).
Working knowledge of “Safe systems of work”.
Responsibilities
Responsible for reliable operation of estate wide services and equipment.
Deliver high standard mechanical and electrical services throughout the EKC.
Plan and undertake routine maintenance of plant and/or equipment.
Skills
Electrical engineering (BS7671 & C&G 2391)
Mechanical engineering (full-term apprenticeship)
Good verbal and written English skills
Multi-Skilled in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
Good awareness of Health and Safety
Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals
Education
Educated to ONC/HNC
Tools
Experience of CMMS and BMS systems
Windows operating system
