The role covers reactive repairs and planned works; it includes a company vehicle and full benefits, with participation in an out-of-hours call-out rota.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in general building, multi-trade maintenance, or extensions.
• Must hold a valid UK driving licence and CSCS or equivalent safety card.
• Willingness to participate in out-of-hours call-outs and adhere to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structural alterations and groundwork within HCC contracts.
• Carry out carpentry, finishing, and fit-out tasks to a high standard.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance on site, including DBS checks where required.
