Job summary

Holt Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Bodyshop Technician to join a busy, well-equipped Bodyshop in the Sheffield area. You will carry out Panel and MET repairs to a high standard, ensuring vehicles are repaired safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years' experience across Panel and MET, with strong panel beating and strip & fit skills. ATA or NVQ qualifications are advantageous but not essential; permanent position with excellent earning

Responsibilities

• Carrying out Panel and MET repairs
• Full strip and refit of vehicle components
• Panel beating and body repair
• Diagnosing vehicle damage and identifying the correct repair methods
• Carrying out repairs in line with manufacturer and industry standards
• Following repair methods and technical specifications
• Ensuring all work is completed accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and vehicle safety

Holt Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Bodyshop Technician to join a busy, well-equipped and highly efficient Bodyshop in the Sheffield area.

The Role

As a Multi-Skilled Bodyshop Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out both Panel and MET repairs, working to a high standard and ensuring vehicles are repaired safely and efficiently.

Your duties will include:

• Carrying out Panel and MET repairs
• Full strip and refit of vehicle components
• Panel beating and body repair
• Diagnosing vehicle damage and identifying the correct repair methods
• Carrying out repairs in line with manufacturer and industry standards
• Following repair methods and technical specifications
• Ensuring all work is completed accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and vehicle safety

What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 2 years' experience working across both Panel and MET
• Strong Panel Beating and Strip & Fit experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to work quickly while maintaining high-quality standards
• A professional and organised approach
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• ATA or NVQ qualifications are advantageous but not essential
