Bodyshop Technician, Multi Skilled Technician (Paint and Panel)

- Paying Circa £55,000 basic salary

I am currently working with a highly efficient and well-equipped Bodyshop who are looking to add a qualified Multi-Skilled Bodyshop Technician to their busy site in Lincoln area.

Multi-Skilled Bodyshop Technician Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Carrying out a variety of aspects within a Bodyshop
2. Work efficiently in a fast-paced Accident Repair Centre
3. Paint Spraying and Panel Beating
4. Repairing through to filler work
5. Follow the correct repair techniques and produce work in line with factory specifications and customer satisfaction
6. Planning work and ordering parts to ensure vehicles are ready when promised.

Skills and Experience Required as a Multi-Skilled Bodyshop Technician:

1. At least 3 years experience as an automotive Panel / Paint
2. ATA/ NVQ certification is advantageous but not essential
3. Experience in Paint Spraying
4. Panel Beating / Strip and Fit
5. Strong attention to detail
6. A fast and accurate worker
7. Highly organised with a flexible approach to working patterns
