• Proven maintenance/handyman/trade experience.
• Strong practical skills across general maintenance disciplines.
• Able to work independently and manage workload.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests via internal systems.
• Carry out general repairs including plumbing, decorating, joinery.
• Support reactive and planned maintenance activities (PPM).
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and communal areas.
• Identify and address maintenance issues and health & safety risks.
• Assist with maintenance logs, inspections and compliance records.
• Deliver a professional service to residents.
• Communicate clearly with teams and residents.
