Delamere Lake Sailing and Holiday Park is seeking a hands-on Maintenance, Grounds & Hot Tub Person to join our team. Based at Delamere Lakes (CW8 2HB), this permanent full‑time role blends property maintenance, grounds care and hot tub operations to keep the park looking and performing at its best.

In this varied position you’ll carry out repairs, decorating and basic plumbing, maintain grounds, manage hot tubs, and support guest readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance or grounds work.
• Hands-on approach with attention to detail.
• Full clean UK driving licence (3+ years).

Responsibilities

• Carry out general property maintenance including repairs, decorating and basic plumbing.
• Support upkeep and presentation of the park through grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming and seasonal works.
• Help maintain all hot tubs, including water testing, compliance checks and reporting faults.
• Support accommodation readiness, ensuring units are maintained to a high standard for guests.
• Maintain stock levels of equipment, chemicals and consumables.
• Work closely with colleagues across departments to support smooth park operations.
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices.
• Help maintain the park to the five-star standards our owners and guests expect.
