Qualifications

• 5-7 years of required Supervisory and Property Management experience within multifamily.
• 5-7 years of preferred experience in Multi-site Management.
• Preferred certifications: ARM, CPM, IREM, CAM.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates daily operations of a high-complexity apartment community.
• Responsible for general administration, leasing, maintenance, and management of property associates.
• Coordinates communication between property associates and the Corporate Office.
