• Total Working Hours: 37.5
• Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 9.00-17.30
• Rate of Pay: £12.52 + £1 supplement
• Location: Across Conway, Gwynedd, Ynys Mon/Anglesey

What your working day will look like:

1. Participating in all branch processes
2. Building positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals
3. Assisting in the delivery of pharmacy services
4. Serving as an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy, representing the company and interacting with the community daily

Minimum requirements:

• NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course
• Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification
• Experience in a customer-focused environment
• Strong understanding of confidentiality
• Ability to handle medications accurately
