Job summary

PortmanDentex is seeking a Marketing Business Partner to drive growth across a portfolio of practices through targeted marketing plans and local activity. You’ll collaborate with Operations, Clinical leaders and the wider Marketing team to improve patient acquisition and practice performance.

This hybrid role requires 1–2 days per week in Cheltenham, offering opportunities to shape local campaigns while contributing to broader business priorities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in multisite or matrix marketing roles.
• Experience turning insights into actionable marketing plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver local marketing plans for a portfolio of practices.
